Returns

• Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• To be eligible for a return, can be in any condition, whether you’ve played one match or thirty, if the paddle isn’t meeting your expectations, you can send it back.
  

Process

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
3. We are responsible for the return shipping costs and will send a shipping label upon notification. 

Refunds

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will initiate your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items. Please contact us for assistance.
